YOUR ELEVATOR PITCH
In today's competitive times of trying to find a point of difference with your peers or other companies, it is vitally important to get your elevator pitch correct. Follow these steps to give you structure to create a powerful and successful elevator pitch.

Know yourself
Know your audience
Ask yourself:
Who am I?
What do I offer?
What are my benefits? (not my features)
What call to action of the audience do I want?
May be start with your achievements - list each one as far back as your earliest memory include the date too. An achievement is something that you feel proud of. Share your list with a trusted friend. Wherever possible, quantify your achievement, not just 'promoted' but 'promoted in six months' or not just 'completed art course', complete art course with commendation'. The classify your achievements into theme. What skill tends to dominate? When are you usually successful? What do you achievements tell you that you should be doing in the future?
Create a pitch
Revisit and polish your pitch until it takes 30 seconds and is no longer that 70-80 words in length
Practice, Practice, Practice
You pitch needs to sound natural and engaging and it needs to be flexible to adapt to the needs different audiences.
